Reak-IT was founded in 2010, with a vision to become Nordic’s region leader company in Customer Communication Management. Considering the extreme success with the low-cost countries in the eastern region, we at Reak-IT also wanted to contribute to the global market by creating opportunities and alternatives, that ultimately could compete with the nearshore countries. Hence we started Bestrong-VN and the Riga company to exhibit Reak-IT.

Currently we can deliver services and offer our customers a more efficient support for their Customer Communication platform within EMEA and ASEAN countries. In near future we will be able to offer our customers 24/7 services and support when needed. We want to be able to create solutions to a greater extent worldwide and are currently looking into entering the US market. We are working on a hybrid platform, the goal here is to be able to provide Cloud solutions to our customers.

As the climate crisis around us is propagating. Reak-IT is reaching out together with you to decrease the change in climate. The starting point could be by digitalize your solutions. Reak-IT has over thousand hours of migration-work within CCM using Quadient inspire tool. We are also expertise in many other areas of programming. Over the past few years, we’ve been able to combine highly educated developer with difference background to a team that possess expertise within more than just CCM-solutions, which means - a better product support and overall development for our customers.
